Dr I had tooth pain only while closing teeth together the tooth has hole on side ,can I go for cement..

Ideally when the cavity is very deep there is pain in the tooth while biting, This is because there is swelling at the roots of the tooth. It may require root canal treatment depending upon what is seen on the x ray
