go for root canal treatment, (RCT) because the decay is affecting the nerves now. Go to a dentist nearby or if you know a dentist, visit him/her. Get an X-ray done.

first tell something more about nature of your pain. if it is continuous and your teeth is sensitive to both hot and cold food then most probably the decay has reached till pulp and you have to go for RCT that is root canal treatment.
