If it's a decay with pain , then it might go for root canal treatment, (RCT) because  the decay is affecting  the nerves now. Go to a dentist nearby or if you know a dentist, visit him/her. Get an X-ray done.
Next Steps
visit a dentist, start medication as adviced.
Health Tips
to curb off pain,  start over the counter painkillers.
