My 6 year old son has tooth pain his tooth got cavity at the age of 1 year. After getting lot of sweets yesterday he has got pain. Please suggest medicine. One more thing he takes zen tablet 100 mg twice a day.

Local application of medicine after cleaning the cavity will help in relieving pain. Syrup brufen one tea spoon twice a day u can give as of now
