Hello..your 29th and 3oth teeth are wisdom teeth which mostly causes pain during eruption due to improper erupting direction or food depositon or gum inflammation which requires removal of teeth. So kindly visit nearby dentist to examine clinically and radiographically.

Yes you should definitely consult a dentist as wisdom tooth usually comes with a lot of problems associated. Sometimes it is not erupting in corrwct direction, sometimes gums overlap it, etc.

At this age of 18 yrs your wisdom teeth are erupting . There will be pain associated with their eruption because by this time the jaw bone becomes hard and the newly erupting teeth have to accommodate themselves in the left off space of the jaw bone. Most of the time they may require extraction.

It is normal to have this pain when your wisdom tooth is erupting.  but you should visit a dentist so that he/she can guide you in the right way & prescribe medicines or advise removal depending upon your condition.

Hi, it is common to have pain when one's wisdom teeth are erupting but if you haven't visited a dentist, it would be wise to get yourself checked by a good dentist to check the status of eruption. There are cases when early diagnosis can save the patient from difficulties later on. All the best.

Hello, You should consult a dentist who would take necessary x-rays to check the position and orientation of the wisdom tooth.Based on its position they would either advise you to get it extracted or provide you symptomatic relief if there are good chances for the tooth to erupt upright. See its not the ritual, neither every one feels it, but yes in most of the cases patient feels mild to moderate pain when it erupts, if it's hurting you much you should consult your dentist and get your X ray done to see its position and condition and if it's not causing you much pain no need to worry it will be fine, thanks..
