It is better to use paracaetomol 500 mg...which is safe during this period....Do rinse with luke salt water...

Hi. U can take a paracetamol tab for time being .
Do gargling with lukewarm water n salt ,twice or thrice a day .
N visit ur dentist asap , first need to knw is it just a superficial or a deep caries .

take crocin 500 sos in pain.Feed your baby atleast half an hour prior to medicine.This is just for the time being .consult your dentist as earliest possible.

What is the reason of pain is very important. Painkiller may subside it for the time being but u may suffer with same problem again...
Next Steps
if possible pls visit dentist near by n get it treated to avoid medications....since u will b feeding the infant....lil bit drug may pass on to baby too....

if their is a hole in ur teeth....pls place a small cotton pillet in it in the morning n remove it at night ....it will slow dwn further food lodgement n decaying n also reduce pain while chewing

You may take 500 mg Paracetamol as and when required. (One daily will suffice) Avoid any strong painkillers.

You can take plain paracetamol that is crocin for pain but if possible do the further treatment as soon as possible Take care about the time of Medicine that is after the feed so that max will dissipate
