hello. the symptoms mentioned by you are an indication of irreversible pulpitis I.e a infection of the nerve of your teeth. kindly see a dentist who will take an X-ray of teeth and decide the treatment required which is in most cases root canal treatment.

typical pain in lying down could be due to irreversible damage to the pulp of the tooth. we may have to have a look at the X-ray of the particular tooth. you may have to be more specific as to which area that tooth is located..

Hello, the symptoms which are mentioned by you indicate decayed tooth and deep infection in the tooth.
I would suggest you to visit your dentist and do a proper checkup followed by the required treatment. For the time being now, take a pain killer to. control your pain.
