I am suffering from tooth pain from last night . what could be the reason for this.. It pains a lot.

The pain might be mostly due to caries in the  tooth involving the pulp. Visit the dentist who will take a radiograph to confirm  this diagnosis.Mostly that tooth might go for a root canal treatment.
