I am having tooth pain from past 2 days... Please help me doctor.. It pains a lot in the night.. What v should I do..

Most definitely  what you are experiencing  is a pulpal pain in relation  to that tooth.The cause might be a deep  cavity or fracture and it could only be relieved  by a root canal treatment. visit  the dentist  as soon as possible.
