Hi.. implants of good quality are always safe. Procedure done under anesthesia so its not painful. It usually costs 25k-35k-45k-65k-1lac based on implant.

Implant is the best option available for replacement of a natural tooth. Cos of its pricing, expertise involved of the surgeon, & other parameters it is perceived by the patients as an expensive proposition. But in the long run it is value for money.
now for your query- depending upon the system & the surgeon performing the surgery it can range from 20k to 50-60k also. it is as I said the next best possible option to a natural tooth. since its a surgical procedure mild discomfort & pain is involved but not so much thay it disturbs your normal routine. all that pain & discomfort is taken care of by medicines.
it's absolutely safe & once the implant has fused well with the bone there won't be any pain /discomfort in the future.

Implant is the best solution as does not require cutting of any other teeth for bridge making. Depending on the bone quality dentist will choose which implant need a to be placed and what other surgeries required. Cost depends on that. Generally speaking cost of only implant varies from 25k -45k; additional cost of cap from 5k/15k. If bone grafting or tissue grafting required than addition 8k-15j.

Hello,
It's an advance treatment and good treatment option compare conventional treatment option
But cost will be difficult to say because lot of factors are there to assess like you bone condition and space exisistance between teeth goes on. Please visit dentist he will check both clinically and by radiographs then we can give you a cost estimate.
It's safe procedure little discomfort will be der after procedure. For that matter any surgical procedure you will have little discomfort after procedure for few day but you will be fine Don worry.
Pain will not be der during procedure. Properly placed implants and maintaining good health condition will not cause any problem in your future. Once implants bond to bone then it's prognosis is good
