My two premolar teeth are very much in bad shape and I consulted with a dentist and after looking into it she told be to have implant which will cost me around 72000 rupees which is a huge money. Can you advise me to go with it or take bridge option for it or any hospital which can give me some exemption from such expense. Thanks in advance.

hi implant ,no doubt, is the best option for tooth replacement as you need not to sacrifice your two healthy adjacent teeth. Regarding the expense, cost depends on the quality n company which is providing it like the best ones are from biohorizon and nobel biocare. these will definately cost you more but other companies are also available that are as good as these like alpha bio which will definately suit your pocket.
