I have light teeth pain and one tooth is infected so if I eat something hard it's paining a lot and even bad breath

As per your symptoms it looks like the tooth is decayed and it has damaged the nerve. Visit a Dentist, get yourself examined, get an x-ray done. If the nerve is not damaged, it can be treated by filling the tooth. If there is a nerve damage, a root canal followed by a crown would be the line of treatment.

Hello., pain could be because of infection to roots or cavity. you can do salt water rinses, this will help to relieve your pain you need to visit a dentist get it checked. Get an x-ray done, if there is a cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of tooth get it treated and place a crown over it
