Tooth extraction, pregnancy planning
Hello Doctor,Iam trying to conceive. Currently taking Folsafe-L and Polybion for conception. Now I have a severe toothache and the tooth needs to be extracted. Waned to know if its safe to take Augumentin 625 tablet and Pantodal-40 tablet and get the tooth extraxted under anesthesia. I will get to know if I conceived or not in next 20 days. During this time, is it okay or shud i wait till 20 days? Thank u in advance.

Depending on the condition of the tooth conservation is possible by doing an RCT its absolutely safe during pregnancy But if the tooth is otherwise bad beyond conservation In that instance we may have to contemplate extraction in the second trimester All depends on an early diagnosis and treatment planning

I dont find any harm but I would advice you to consult and take opinion from your gynacologist regarding this problem.
