My lower left side last tooth is to be extracted as suggestion by my hometown doctor. I am scared of pain during and after extraction. Now tooth and gum is not paining.

The earlier you will get the removal don either faster it shall heal.. You may send the xray to check if the tooth can be saved with RCT.
