Hello there ...after wisdom tooth removal, there is no need of any crown or replacement as such ... Extraction procedure can be delayed with medicines but that will again make the situation (tooth condition ) worst..and you will end up having more pain... Take care ...!!

Hi..After wisdom tooth extraction crown is not necessary as there will be no tooth to crown. No tooth replacement required as well. However if a tooth next to it is root canal treated then crown is must. Regards

No wisdom tooth removal does not need crown or tooth replacement since it is considered as an additional tooth. Removal can be postponed by taking medication but the problem reoccurs on and off and pain can be more severe. So better to get the tooth removed.

Replacement of wisdom tooth is not necessary. If extraction can be delayed depends on the clinical condition of tooth.

No you won't require to replace the wisdom tooth as in most of the cases it doesn't help in chewing (that's why its called extra/additional tooth, still require clinical correlation) and yes it can be delayed for couple of weeks if condition is not that severe by taking proper medicines, so consult your dentist soon
