My baby gums swollen from past 1.5 month but till now no tooth erupt...why...any issue ??? Me giving ostocalcium to baby from birth

You have not mentioned the exact age of child. Tooth eruption start by 7 months of age, in some children it may be delayed. As you are already giving calcium supplements, no need to worry.
