Sometimes as a patient we tend not to clean regularly around any new crowns thinking that they might come off and eventually the adjacent natural teeth gets decayed due to food lodgement and caries.cleaning around your new tooth is as much important as your natural teeth. Visit a dentist to decide the best treatment for you and do go for regular check up to a dentist so that these kind of teeth decay are diagnosed in the early stages.A regular check up saves a lot of money and time.

Hello mam, If the crown is not properly placed then there are chances that adjacent teeth get decayed. Would request you to visit a prosthodontist and get an Xray done to check if the old crowns are proper or not. Also these decayed teeth can be restored if the cavity is not very deep.
