Tooth Decay
Initially the top two center teeth were broken and changed 20 years ago. The other teeth beside these were decayed due to these replaced teeth.

Hello mam, If the crown is not properly placed then there are chances that adjacent teeth get decayed. Would request you to visit a prosthodontist and get an Xray done to check if the old crowns are proper or not. Also these decayed teeth can be restored if the cavity is not very deep.
