Tooth ache can be due to lots of reason like it may be due to cavity ,may be due to food loadgement and may be wisdom tooth which is not erupted properly
Next Steps
need one x ray to tell correct treatment, so please visit to a clinic for x ray of that tooth

for now take Diclomol thrice a day after food if you are not allergic to paracetamol will give you relief

Hi! Sorry for replying u late, for ur tooth ache, plz take paracetamol n analgesic, definitely deeper tooth decay requires needful treatment!

U need to see dentist n go ahead with x ray (IOPA) for particular tooth, depends on ur findings, dentist will tell ur needful treatment.
