Hi I am having 2-3 black spots on my tooth ( on the tooth from where I eat food) After seeing the same, I have stared brushing twice a day and wash teeth after I eat food. Can you suggest what precautions I should take to avoid any further decay and problem Thanks

Hello Those black spots are the dental caries. Visit ur local dentist and get those black spots filled by tooth coloured composite fillings.
