Get the treatment done immediately mainly for two reasons, if the tooth can be saved it should be done at the earliest and It will definitely pain one day or the other, there is no merit in bearing the pain and then getting it ectracted
Next Steps
Plan to save teeth

Hi,Please get a x ray done to evaluate the depth of cavity & either it will require root canal or has to be removed depending on the tooth structure present. Do not wait till pain comes .
