If your teeth is chipped kindly visit the dentist they will analyse whether the fracture is involving only enamel or enamel and dentine and accordingly plan and restore or just smoothen that area cause today it is not paining but tomorrow it might lead to a problem so always early treatment can help you so that you do not land up in a bigger problem later..take care..

Dear sir, From what you have mentioned it is not clear if it is front or back tooth either upper or lower.since u are not having pain and only uneasiness the fracture should be either limited to your first layer of tooth i.e enamel. It is of no serious problem but would recommend you to visit your dentist and get it checked so that they can install proper treatment like 1.enameloplasty : smoothen the irregularities so that u don't feel uneasy . 2.Restoration : do a small filling with composite if considerable portion of tooth is fractured. Hope your query is answered .
