Tooth Cavity
My teeth are soft and breaks easily. I have cavity too and my teeth are not in good shape...my front two teeth pains alot in the morning sometimes.

You may be having defective enamel by birth (hypoplastic teeth )
Or
You must be having self induced weak enamel due to over brushing or night grinding of teeth ( bruxism )
