Without clinically seeing its not possible to say anything , its better that you visit a dentist and get it checked. But treatment options include filling or RCT followed by capping.

Firstly get a  X RAY done, that will confirm whether the tooth can be saved or not , and if possible then a RCT followed by a POST AND CORE followed by a crown can be done..  If the tooth can not be saved then an implant would be the first choice, if not than a bridge would be the second choice
Next Steps
Rush to your dentist
Health Tips
Eat from other side Don't delay Don't put pressure on the effected tooth

The dentist after taking an x Ray would tell you if it's possible to save the tooth by doing an rct and crown or to extract it followed by a fixed restoration at a later time that could be a fixed partial denture or a ceramic bridge or zirconia bridge or dental implant

Hello Mam. You need to see an Endodontist at the earliest. You may need to start the RCT soon. The fracture line seems to be involving/close to the pulp of the tooth. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

The reason for tooth getting broken is Deep Caries. Suggest you visit the dentist ASAP and get a X-Ray done. Tooth would undergo RCT with Post 'n Core.
