No cap put after root canal doctor claims that the tooth as broken and needs to be removed. I am getting severe pain... doctor gave amoxilian tab, metrogyl tab and tolpa-d. I took tolpa d five hours ago but still have the pain.. can I take another please help

You would have put a cap immediately after the rct and since the tooth is broken now please go agreed as doctor suggests

As per your condition loose tooth fragments causing pain...get dental X ray done and first plan the treatment...options are removal of complete tooth and immediate dental implant placement,or only removal and later bridge placement or removal of tooth with socket preservation technique and planned dental implant placement for replacing loose tooth.

Yes,after root canal treatment if cap is not placed there are chances for it to break,so take an x-ray ray and ACC to present condition if dentist advise extraction go for it ,and plan immediate replacement with implant or dental bridge
