Might be uve undergone first sitting,Mild pain is common ... So u'll get rid of that pain after the clean up is entirely done and get rid of remaining infections

The tooth would have be having a bad infection and it may take some time to resolve. Until then u may take appropriate antibiotics and seek the opinion of your dentist.
