if there is pain and infection you need to do the antibiotic course for 5 days. you need to visit the dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done,if there is a cavity get it filled. if there is infection to the roots get it treated. this will give u relief .

No toothache can be sorted with antibiotics. You need to see a dentist and have the tooth treated. Antibiotics are not recommended for long periods of time.
