Tooth ache
I had a terrible tooth ache from last three days. I did visit a doctor, he prescribed me a course of antibiotics and painkiller. I was also asked to do a OPG X-RAY. Here i am uploading the X-Ray scan to get some more opinion for future treatment if required.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. this will give you temporary relief from pain. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Hello Sir, Greetings for the day. According to the OPG there is deep decay on the upper left first molar nd lower right second molar. Treatment for upper left first molar would be Root Canal Treatment followed by a crown. While for the right lower second molar would request you to get a localised X ray which would help us to decide whether to do a Composite Restoration  (Sandwich Technique) or a Root canal.
Next Steps
Please visit the dentist nd get the necessary treatment. Do not delay. it might get worse. it might even cause swelling.
Health Tips
Do not eat anything hot/cold, Sour/Sweet nd Hard from that side.
