Tooth ache-ear pain-vertigo-ultracet
(Dec) I got dizziness while sleeping, post a month(Jan)severe head spinning while lying for 2 days,took cinzan DT 25 and visited ENT as ear paining.got hearing test( was normal) did jaw scan(result-LT 21.3%, RT 78.7%) given upper n lower teeth plates to wear and medicines restyl(0.25) and ultracet twice a day for 5 days.i was better.On 17th July again slight head spinning while lying and sometimes more while lying on left side.my left ear paining a lot and some teeth on the lower jaw towards end.Took cinzan on my own at noon and brufen 400 at night and next morning.Didnt hv dizziness in the morning but tremendous ear pain.went to a GP as confused whether to go to ENT or GP. He gave medicines from clinic for ear pain and cold and anitibiotic and some medicines for vertigo. Vertistar md 16 Stemetil md Azilab 500 I am confused n scared.Dont know what should I get treated for.i have cavities, wisdom tooth, ear pain,dizziness.pls advise.cant afford so many expenses.genuinely what to do

If you have dizziness only on changing posture, then it's suggestive of positional vertigo. Treatment of this condition is with antivertigo maneuvers like epley's,etc. Consult an ENT specialist
