Hi.. By seeing that pic I think the cavity is superficial which can be treated with filling, which is completely harmless. You can undoubtedly go for basic treatments like cleaning and filling during the second trimester of pregnancy.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist, and inform Dr about your condition, with all safety measures Dr will treat you and you will be pain free.
Health Tips
As the pain is not severe now and you are in the second trimester of pregnancy, it is the best time for you to go for basic treatments. If you avoid it now then it will be difficult for you in the coming days.

It seems like a small decay.2nd trimester is comfortable for basic dental treatments.try to gargle after each meal to avoid food lodgement between ur teeth.if the pain is continuous then concern about dat.if the pain is not continuous n pain nly during chewing ,the dentist can do  filling to avoid further spread of the decay.. During severe pain nly ,use Dolo500mg, otherwise no need.

Hi, I suggest you meet a dentist and get a clinical evaluation. From the picture shared, it looks very small. But it could be deep inside. No major dental treatment can be done till you deliver. Maintain a good oral hygiene and rinse your mouth thoroughly after every meal to avoid food from accumulating in the tooth cavity.

It is possible that the pain could have been due to food impaction in the area Get yourself examined if the problem could be managed only by tooth filling or not Else just don’t get an XRay done but an emergency treatment is not contraindicated in pregnancy
