Drinking plenty of water is good for health, even otherwise. For LPR do not drink water just before sleeping. Raise the head end of bed by just inserting 1-2 bricks under your bed's feet towards head end. You have to reduce your weight. If frequent urination is troubling you, you may reduce water intake a bit
Health Tips
Stop intake of red chillies & reduce spices in food. Avoid fried oily stuff. Reduce alcohol if your intake is high & frequent
