Oral cavity and tongue examination by ENT
Continue B-complex, but consider adding Methylcobalamin if B12 is low.
Use topical soothing agents like glycerin or benzydamine mouthwash before meals.
Avoid irritants like spicy, acidic, and very hot foods.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
