Yes you can take tofu, it's rich source of protein. For vitamin D go for walk for at least 20-30 minutes after sunrise in the morning. For now to overcome deficiency please take vitamin d supplements. Cholecalciferol chewable tablets 60000 IU once a week for 8 weeks.

Yes tofu and soyabean are good source of non dairy protein. Walk for 30 mins after sunrise daily Vit D supplements 60000 IU, 1cap once a week for 12weeks ,then discontinue.(Any brand)

Tofu is absolutely safe for men to be consumed on a daily basis. Tofu will not help you with Vitamin D deficiency unless it’s fortified with it.
