I got hit while playing football in my toe. It Is not moving properly and whenever I try to move it, it pains a lot, should I avoid playing for some times or see a doctor?

Hello, definitely you have some soft tissue injury but x rays of affected part should be done to rule out bony injury, in any case you need splinting of toe by orthopedic surgeon. Further treatment can be planned only after investigations.
