Hello dear. Excessive facial hair in areas like chin or upper lip or side locks on the face in females is known as Hirsutism. Both black heads (a form of Acne or pimples) and hirsutism could be indicative of a mild hormonal imbalance. You can check with your dermatologist to do the necessary tests to rule that out. Once that is taken care of, specific treatment can be started for your condition. You can opt for LASER hair removal to get rid of the unwanted hair and sone creams for the pimples. Permanent hair reduction requires Laser hair reduction treatment methods. Applying efflornithine cream (eflora) leads to temporary reduction in thickness of hair after a few weeks of daily use. After stopping, it comes back to its original thickness. Blaheads may be comedonal acne for which you need a cream or microdemabrasion, which can be decided after consultation with a dermatologist.
