Talk to experienced dermatologist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
At your age, oily skin is very common and is caused by hormonal changes. There will be an increase in oiliness and pimples when your periods are approaching. Pores are visible because the oil production by your skin glands has increased.
Home remedies do not help to a great extent. You should watch your diet and make sure you get some exercise everyday.
Your skincare habits are also very important. Make sure you regularly wash your face and use sunscreen. All products that you use should be by prescription and not over the counter, because over the counter products often contain fragrances and substances that make your condition worse.
Sometimes home remedies can cause irritant reaction and can lead to marks and scarring, so it is very important to consult a certified dermatologist either physically or online.
