I have two babies I didn't get periods for this month confirm pregnancy.i need to abort so I consulted a doctor nearby she asked to come three sittings,and told need to keep vaginal medicine in second sitting , am feared is it the right procedure

Yes it is the correct procedure. Don't worry. Follow your doctor's advice. Do consider some form of birth control to avoid this in future
