I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. It seems like you are going through a lot at this point in time.It would be a good idea to speak to somebody who you trust. A psychological counselor can also help you deal with the situation.
Together with the counselor you may be able to understand the Reason as to why you're feeling low and what could be done to get out of the situation.
Exercising twice a week and a few lifestyle changes could also help you.
