Tired and pain
I am 22 yr old male weighing 85 kg and 184 cm tall.
I am experiencing heavy eyes and tired body but visibility is 100% and sometimes pain in my parts of head and shoulder and today I experienced a sudden chill and panic , I had taken a ncct head and neck x-ray which came out okay , yesterday I went to see a ent doctor becoz of ear pain but he said it is all good , I am really scared after today's experience as I felt sudden chill and lightly dizzy .. also there is twitching like feeling in my arm. Pls help me !!
