I haven't taken your proper history. It can be due to many reasons-
1.It can be due to injury to gums caused by food while eating for exactly-bones of chicken ,fish, fibers of vegetables and many more.If this is so then it will subside within 2 to 3 days.
2.It can be due to accumulation of food in between teeth which has got stuck there and it is not coming out.
Next Steps
Now your temporary remedy is
1.Brush your teeth properly by following proper brushing techniques
2.Use of Dental floss or inter dental brush or proxa brush in between teeth which you have to use after every meal. These brushes are available in your nearby pharmacy stores.
3.Brush your teeth with Pepsodent G Gumcare toothpaste till it heals.
4Rinse your mouth with any mouth wash for 2times daily for 3 to 4 days.
Then after If it doesn't subside down then call me or you can consult with me.
