Time of taking tablets
I am diabetic and I would like to know the best time to swallow the tablets containing Metformin namely Trajenta and Glycomet . Is it better to take before food or after food ?

Tradjenta is linagliptin (DPP4l) which delays gastric emptying and causes glucose dependent insulin release from pancreas via GLP1. Should be better to take before food. Glycomet is metformin and known to cause gastric symptoms so it's better to take after meals.
