Time and dosage confirmation

Hi Doctor, I am planning to extend my family and visited a gynaecologist and my doctor suggested me B-long F and Fertisure F medicines. She advised me take B long once in a day and Fertisure F twice a day however on the back on fertisure only one tablet is suggested per day. Can I get a confirmation on the below please - what is right time to take B long F ? - how much dosage and best time to take Fertisure F ? And is it okay if I take the medicine twice a day as suggested by me doctor? Thanks

If you are taking B-Long F every day, take it at the same time each day, either in the morning OR in the evening. Take tablets with a glass of water. You can take folic acid with or without food. Take both tablets as suggested by your Doctor. Fertisure F can be taken twice a day
