Tightness and pain in throat
I've been feeling tightness and pain in my throat on and off . Especially when I'm speaking loudly and when I stand up suddenly after sitting for a long time. For last 2 days I also felt once in a day as if my heart was in my throat and it dropped down, it was very strange. What it could be ?

Your symptoms are vague.Do you mean to say you have palpitations? Dryness of your throat can cause tightness in the throat and pain.perhaps you have anxiety which could cause tightness in the throat which leads to pain. You could be more precise , which would help to comment on your condition.
