Tight Foreskin
I never retracted my foreskin in my teenage. From about 1.5 years I am retracting my foreskin for washing and hygiene. My foreskin doesn't retracts on its own when my penis is erect. I have to pull it back . Morever when I pull back , it forms a ring just below the penis head and when penis tries to get more erect , the tight foreskin restricts the lateral enlargement of penis which results in pain .
