I have this problem from last one year, when i clicked a photos of my anus i found there is like pimple kind of thing(attached photos pls check), its not paining or itching but when i go for toilet im hard to download. im fear to go for hospital and all,, pls tell me a need full solution with tablets or ointments.

Why do we prefer short cut? You are suffering from external piles. No medicine can help. If it bleeds, get it operated. Else use laxatives to pass formed stools
