My son has been diagnosed with tics disorder.does homeopathy has a treatment for the same?how long will it take to get fully cured? Can a simple homeopathic doctor treat it or a specialist is required?

Tics is a neurological disease which has mostly an unknown origin and in a way a kind of hopeless condition if treated with modern medicine but homoeopathy does have some wonderful medicine to cure it.
