As you are just 31yrs I wud first advise you to kindly check ur VitD3 level n calcium.... U hav to rest that leg n avoid bearing weight on it for a few days ...Exercise  the leg in lying position ie tightening of the knee ,moving the foot up n down ,lifting the leg  on n off ...u can seek help frm an orthopaedic or physiotherapist near ur house
