When I start running, after 2 or 3 kms there is swelling came near my TIBIA joint and made me not to feel my foot fingers...but when I stop doing running it become fine in 4 to 5 days...but when I start doing running again,the same happens to my foot...my height is 5'9" and my weight is 88 kg, so what is the cause of it my weight or something else

Hi, sorry to hear about your discomfort. It is very unusual to happen. If you have started running recently it may releive after somtime as you loose your weight as obesity can cause it.
