Your T3 and T4 are within normal range but TSH is high. So need to adjust your drug accordingly. Consult a physician or endocrinologist.

You have normal thyroid hormone levels but your TSH is very high. This shows subclinical hypothyroidism. For this you need Thyroid hormone.
