If TSH value is 7.5 which mg tables should use for my sister of age 33 so please can you suggest medicine.

Pls consult an Endocrinologist .OTC drugs can be harmful. Doctor will examine her vitals n take complete medical history n later start her on thyroxine. this subclinical hypothyroidism needs to be treated durely.
