Thyroid level- 5.5150
Hi Team, I had my general test done and found thyroid level-5.5150, tested in last week August. I didn't start any medication yet. I feel low in energy and tired early morning. I am confused, if thyroid at this level can be controlled through exercise? Or should I start with medicine 25mcg. I don't want to consult a Dr again because I did it earlier through practo only and the Dr didn't prescribed any medicine. This was done in last week of August. Currently I am not in India. Please advise. Kind regards, Shivankar

Yes can start medication if feeling tired. Although a repeat test might help.
